Congratulations on the acceptance of your abstract for an oral presentation at the International Conference on Digital Health and Innovative in Nursing and Health Science 2025. To ensure a smooth and successful presentation experience, please carefully review the following guidelines for preparing and submitting your presentation materials.

Please ensure you submit your materials by the deadline to allow for proper organization and technical checks.
Presentation Preparation Guidelines
To maintain consistency and ensure compatibility, all presenters are requested to follow these guidelines.
• Presentation Schedule : Presenters are required to adhere strictly to the time slot allocated in the final program schedule.
• Presentation Length : Each presentation is allocated 10 minutes (Including Q&A). We recommend planning your talk to fit within this time frame to allow for a smooth transition between speakers.
• Language : All presentations must be delivered in English, with the exception of sessions in the designated Thai conference section.
• Presentation Template : We highly recommend using the official DHIT 2025 PowerPoint template to prepare your presentation.

• Software : Please prepare your presentation using Microsoft PowerPoint to ensure compatibility with our on-site equipment.

File Submission Guidelines
All presentation files must be uploaded through the official conference portal. Email submissions will not be accepted.
File Format and Size
• Format : Please save your final presentation as a PDF file.
• Maximum Size : The file size should not exceed 30 MB.

To help us manage submissions efficiently, please name your file using the following format: AbstractNumber_PresenterFullName.pdf

Upload Instructions
1. Log into your account on the DHIT 2025 conference website.
2. Navigate to “Welcome page” and find your ‘Upload Oral/Poster’ section
3. Select your prepared PDF file and upload it.

Confirmation
After uploading, please verify that the submission was successful. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct and final version of your file is uploaded.
On-site Instructions
• Preview Room : All presenters are required to visit the on-site Preview Room to review the final version of their presentation materials and ensure everything displays correctly.
• Backup Copy : As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend bringing a backup copy of your presentation on a portable memory device (e.g., USB drive).
• Personal Laptops : To avoid technical delays and compatibility issues with the projectors, presenters are not permitted to use their own laptops for their presentations. All presentations will be run from a centralized conference computer.

Preparing Your Poster.
Poster Board and Content Specifications:
You are responsible for printing your physical poster in the dimensions of 80cm (Width) x 180cm (Height). Your poster should be a concise and visually engaging summary of your research, designed to spark discussion. Please set up your poster on your own stand in your assigned location. Your assigned presentation number and location within the exhibition hall will be provided to you upon arrival. All posters must be in English, with the exception of sessions in the designated Thai conference section.
Required Information
: Your poster must include
• Top of Poster: Your Abstract ID, Research Title, Full Name(s), and Affiliation(s) (Department/Faculty/Institution).
• Body: Clearly present your research objectives, hypothesis, methodology, interim results, and the key merits and impact of your work. A summary of future work is also recommended.

Design and Layout Recommendations
• Poster Size: We strongly recommend the standard size (80cm W x 180 cm H) in a portrait (vertical) orientation.
• Layout: Use a clear, column-based layout to guide readers through your content logically.
• Fonts: Choose a sans-serif font like Arial or Helvetica for readability.
• Title: ~72pt font size.
• Body Text: Minimum of 24pt font size. Your text should be easily readable from a distance of 1 meter.
• Visuals: Enhance your poster with high-resolution images, charts, and diagrams. Please ensure you have the right to use all visuals and that they are free from copyright infringement.
• Layout: Use a clear, column-based layout to guide readers through your content logically.

Your Role: You are required to be present at your poster for the entire duration of the session. Be prepared to present a brief overview of your research and engage in discussions with the judging panel and other attendees.
Poster Removal: Please dismantle and remove your poster after the sessions conclude, no later than 2:00 PM on November 7, 2025. Any posters not collected by this time will be discarded.
Your Role: You are required to be present at your poster for the entire duration of the session. Be prepared to present a brief overview of your research and engage in discussions with the judging panel and other attendees.

3. Presentation Skill
• Clear, concise, and professional communication.
• Demonstrated understanding of the research topic.
• Ability to engage with the audience and answer questions effectively.
